How Will Ethereum’s Upgrades Affect Future Fiat Conversions?

As a developer, I’m curious how Ethereum’s roadmap (proposer-builder separation, dank sharding, etc.) might actually impact converting ETH to cash in 2025. Will faster finality or lower fees make conversions fundamentally different?
