I’m planning next quarter’s budget and trying to figure out how to price AI Consulting Services. Some firms charge hourly, others offer fixed packages, and some base it on project scope. For anyone who has already hired consultants, what kind of costs did you encounter? Was it a one-time engagement or an ongoing partnership? I don’t want to under-budget, but I also want realistic numbers before committing. What surprised you the most about the cost structure?
