Confused about all the settings on CryptoMixer. Has anyone used it?

I finally decided to use a mixer for some BTC before moving it to an exchange, and CryptoMixer.io seems popular. But when I went to their site, I got overwhelmed by all the options – mixing codes, delay sliders, distribution percentages, fee tiers. I'm worried about messing up a setting and either losing privacy or worse, losing coins. Is there a straightforward guide somewhere that explains what each of these things actually does and how to set them correctly for a first-time user? I don't need advanced stuff, just a safe, private mix.
