Has anyone else dealt with a last-minute cancellation nightmare?

I am honestly in full panic mode right now. Our annual corporate conference is just three weeks away, and our keynote speaker just pulled out due to a scheduling conflict. I don't have the budget left to fly someone in from Toronto or Vancouver. I am desperately trying to find an engaging event speaker Alberta based to fill the slot, but I’m coming up empty. How do you guys handle speaker cancellations without losing your mind?
